Treeline Pass is committed to empowering adults with autism and developmental disabilities to cultivate lives rooted in purpose, joy, and growth in an inclusive community environment.
Treeline Pass empowers adults with autism and developmental disabilities to live their highest quality of life by embodying three core principles: Celebrate, Collaborate, and Elevate.
We celebrate each unique adult by helping to identify talents, strengths, and interests.
We collaborate with families and business leaders to develop community partnerships that provide access to the people, places, jobs, and recreational activities that develop self confidence and fulfillment for each adult.
We elevate the quality of life for our adults and those who love them by providing:
-
A safe, nurturing community environment
-
Staff highly trained in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
-
Individualized goal setting and progress monitoring
-
A culture of high expectations and a commitment to limitless growth for each individual
The treeline is the highest altitude in the mountains at which trees can grow. We aim to help each adult with autism and developmental disabilities explore their own personal treeline and to empower them to rise above it. We believe that personal growth should be expected and carefully fostered at every stage of life, regardless of one’s diagnosis. In the right environment, our adults can exceed expectations and continually move toward greater independence and fulfillment.
Our logo incorporates topographic map elements with the mountain pass icon to symbolize our vision: to provide a path for our adults to navigate safely within society, allowing them to achieve limitless growth and to rise above the treeline. The logo was developed pro-bono by The Masters of Chaos.
TREELINE PASS COMMUNITY
In addition to Treeline Day Program, we will build an all-inclusive residential community in which our adults can live, work, play, and be immersed in the community. Staff support levels will be based on each adult’s unique needs. We will include several businesses on campus to employ our adults, involve the larger community, and provide funding for the highest level of adult services. Our community partnerships will provide access to the people, places, jobs, and recreational activities that optimize self confidence and fulfillment for each adult. We will work with our staff, clients, business partners, and the public to enable our adults to rise above the treeline.
